Job Description - Client Support Specialists

We are seeking dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients by coordinating personalized services, managing requests, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience from initial inquiry through completion.

This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, friendly customer support throughout the client lifecycle
  • Respond to client inquiries, requests, and updates in a timely manner
  • Consult with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and service needs
  • Coordinate reservations, schedules, confirmations, and documentation
  • Research service options and present appropriate solutions to clients
  • Prepare and share detailed summaries, confirmations, and client materials
  • Manage changes, adjustments, and alternative solutions with accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain organized records and accurate client information
  • Deliver consistent, solution-focused service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
