What You’ll Do:

• Support Sales and Partners: Work with the Salto sales teams and guide partners through product updates, pricing changes, and market trends, empowering them to find and develop more opportunities and create consistent customer experiences.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging feedback to enhance partner success and Salto’s reputation for excellence.
• Proactively Engage: Conduct cadence calls, review key transactions, and provide support that instills confidence and ensures operational success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional Communicator: You can present data clearly, actively listen to understand needs, and deliver tailored solutions with confidence.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with CRM tools like SFDC, Qliksense, and Navision, and the ability to master Salto’s WECOSYSTEM offerings.
• Customer-Focused Problem Solver: You thrive on solving challenges and delivering impactful results with a customer-first mindset.
• Organized and Resilient: Excellent time management skills to balance multiple accounts and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
