Position Summary:

Performs the primary functions of a leader in assessing, planning, directing, implementing and evaluating patient care in the Family Health Services Clinics.  Is responsible for ensuring continuity of care at all Hospital sponsored clinics.  Is responsible for meeting Outpatient Clinic HFAP, State and Federal Standards, staffing and managing all assigned personnel, assuring adequate supplies and equipment in the department, and for promoting department teamwork with physicians, staff and other department. Will also manage, oversee protocol and processes of the Employee Health Department.

Qualifications:

Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Health Sciences, or related field.  Prefer graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.  Prefer minimum 5 years supervisory experience and experience in healthcare clinic setting.  Able to track multiple tasks and complete promptly and accurately.  Able to quickly build and maintain rapport with patients and providers of differing backgrounds.
