Hi, I’m Dr. Nico.

I'm a driven chiropractor and entrepreneur. I've journeyed from humble beginnings, building my practice from the ground up to now leading in the company as the Director of Training Nationwide. Along the way, I've faced challenges and setbacks, but each one has helped me become a better Chiropractor and leader of my practices. My passion lies in helping others achieve their best selves, both physically and mentally.

Through my practice, I empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being, just as I've done in my own life. I am not only passionate about empowering my patients but also empowering my staff. We are a tight knit group who are fully committed to the mission of our practice and its continued success.

My mission extends beyond the confines of my office walls. I've expanded my reach by opening additional practices and offering consulting services to other businesses. Through these ventures, I aim to share my expertise and insights, helping others achieve their own success and fulfillment. I was able to build a successful practice quickly at a young age and I want to help others in our company do the same.

As I continue to pursue my passion for growth and innovation, I recognize the importance of building a supportive network of like-minded individuals. I care a lot about my staff and know they are a huge reason our office has been able to achieve the success it has. We currently have an amazing team but we need to expand it to create even more

WHAT I NEED:

I am seeking a chiropractor who embodies our mission-driven approach to healthcare, someone who is not only dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients but is also passionate about improving the overall wellness of our community. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and often challenging environment, finding fulfillment in overcoming obstacles and continuously innovating. They should be outgoing and friendly, able to establish rapport with patients easily, while also being detail-oriented and committed to delivering precise and effective treatments. Additionally, we value candidates who possess strong multitasking skills, allowing them to efficiently manage various responsibilities and priorities within our dynamic practice.

You tasks will include:
- Adjusting patients (we use full spine, drop table, cox flexion, arthrostim)
- 3-4 minute adjusting time
- Taking/reading/marking up x-rays
- We take x-rays on the majority of patients because we focus on a approach based on CBP protocols
- Submitting medical necessity reviews to Insurance Companies that we are in network with.
- Radiology report of findings with patients that involves chiropractic education
- Educating patients on supplements and nutrition
- Inputting diagnostic codes
- Writing SOAP notes for personal injury cases and records requests
- Discovery talks which consist of educating patients on the importance of Corrective care
and subluxation!

REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be RELIABLE. When you are out of the office it hurts our entire practice
- A strong adjuster who is open to adjusting similarly to us to provide consistency among patients
- OPEN to diving into CBP and curvature correction
- Must be friendly and outgoing
- Good time management
