Job Profile:
Do you have experience maintaining operations of a clinical environment as well as implementing strategically planned improvements?
Have you built a collaborative clinic using your team’s strengths to enhance the clinic’s operations?
Have you nurtured a culture where your staff and patients feel safe and included?
Do you have experience coming into a working operation and manage the staffing effectively, utilizing your existing team and hiring appropriate staff?
Are you experienced in balancing your work for a clinic and supporting community programs?
Are you bilingual in English and Spanish?
What You Get to Do:
You will hire and manage all non-provider staff such as Front Desk, Nurses, Medical Assistants and Office Managers for example.
You will oversee the operational workflows of the clinic to include accountability for clinical quality metrics, patient satisfaction and operational metrics that support the budget.
You will promote our culture and clinical services that are best suited for the populations we serve to provide care to our patients in an integrated team model.
You get to build relationships across teams to support your team’s professional development.
You will analyze the quality and metrics of operations for stability and improvements.
Compensation: Approximately $93,200 - $113,000 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
