Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our new outpatient clinic in West Salt Lake, Utah! We are a national leader in clinical excellence with 70+ locations and are owned and operated by physical therapists, meaning that every decision made has the patient in mind. In addition to Mountain Land's focus on professional growth and caring company culture, this Clinic Director position includes:

• Competitive annual income of $90,000-$140,000+
• $1,500 - $2,000 in annual continuing education

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the management of an outpatient clinic with the full support of our experienced teams in human resources, marketing, information technology, finance, billing, compliance, and referral development.
• Managing a team of professional and support staff to reach clear goals with revenue, profit margins, and quality.
• Participating in management and leadership training.
• Working collaboratively with nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 10 patients per day
• Performing evaluations and standard appointments
• Designing a Plan of Care for each individual patient that will progress them in an appropriate manner

Location: West Salt Lake, Utah

Pay Range: $80,000-$100,000 annual salary and $10,000-$40,000+ in performance pay.

• This will be a full-time, 40-hour per week position

Requirements

• Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
• 2+ years of experience as an outpatient PT.
• Passion for managing a clinic.
• Interest in community and professional marketing.
