Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our private practice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients while also fulfilling administrative responsibilities at the clinic location.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy, physiotherapy, and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Provide patient education on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately in EMR systems and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Mission driven with a desire to provide a high quality experience for patients.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Valid physical therapy license in Maryland.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and rehabilitation principles.
• Goal oriented, strong sense of accountability and autonomy
• Excellent relationship building skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
