Join Lucas Therapies, a H2 Health company, as a Clinic Director Physical Therapist (PT) in Salem, Virginia. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a PT who wants to continue treating patients while helping shape the clinical, operational, and team experience of an outpatient practice.
You’ll have the opportunity to influence how the clinic grows, support the development of your team, strengthen the patient experience, and take ownership of day-to-day clinic success—all while remaining connected to the clinical work that brought you into Physical Therapy.
At Lucas Therapies – Knotbreak, you’ll work in a diverse outpatient environment offering orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, aquatic therapy, dry needling, post-concussion and vertigo care, Workers’ Compensation services, lymphedema therapy, and other specialty programs.
Your Role:
Provide individualized, evidence-based Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment
Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance
Support, coach, and engage clinicians and clinic team members
Help drive patient experience, clinical quality, and team development
Partner with leadership on caseload growth, community relationships, and clinic growth
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and excellent patient care
Maintain strong clinical, documentation, and regulatory standards
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
CPR certification, if applicable
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred
Prior formal leadership experience is welcome but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, initiative, and leadership potential
