Clinic Director - Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Outpatient Men’s Health, No Nights or Weekends (Oxnard, CA)

• $200,000 total starting compensation: annual base salary + average monthly bonus with uncapped potential 
• Monday–Friday schedule – No nights, weekends, or on-call
• Outpatient clinic – No hospital rounds or acute care
• Consistent patient panel and relationship-based care

• Active PA-C or NP license in California (required)
• Passion for men’s health, preventative medicine, and patient education
• Experience in a busy clinic or outpatient setting preferred
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Eager to become a subject matter expert
• Strong servant style leadership approach and experience
