Clinic- Front Desk Check In 

Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team!  

As a Clinic-Front Desk Check In team member, you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic!  From scheduling appointments to greeting patients as they check in, you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction.  You will be assisting the OB/GYN clinic within a hospital facility.

Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience.

Hours: Full time Monday- Friday.  Hours would fluctuate between 7a-3:30p, 8:30a-5p and 9:30a-6p.

Location: Stillwater, MN 

 Front Desk Check In Representative Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients when the arrive for their appointment


• Answering phone promptly


• Patient registration


• Accepting insurance co-pays


• Assisting with appointments, and referrals to specialty clinics


• Insurance and demographic information updates


• Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

-Medical Admin in a clinical setting and Epic experience preferred

-High School Diploma

-Good phone etiquette 

-Ability to articulate communication

-Must have great attendance and punctuality!
