Job Description - Clinic Lead - Registered Nurse (ADN) - Pace, FL

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Clinic Lead (RN) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the clinic or lab location. This role includes direct patient care, operational leadership, staff coordination, compliance oversight, and achievement of organizational goals. Reporting to the Medical Operations Manager, the Clinic Lead ensures delivery of high-quality care, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure performance aligns with established organizational metrics and goals.
  • Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice, including assessments, patient education, and coordination of care.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, cleanliness, and patient-centered service.
  • Ensure all protocols, procedures, and compliance measures are consistently followed, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulatory requirements.
  • Manage patient communications, including follow-up care, result notifications, and addressing clinical concerns.
  • Delegate responsibilities appropriately to support staff and providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and manage administrative workflows including billing oversight, bank deposits, daily reconciliation, paperwork documentation, and monthly reporting.
  • Promptly address patient concerns or complaints with appropriate follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle lab processing, specimen collection, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison between the clinic and corporate team; participate in monthly meetings and relay updates to clinic staff.
  • Foster a team-oriented culture by maintaining effective communication and promoting collaboration across clinic staff.
  • Ensure equipment (Formfox, eScreen, A1C machines, etc.) is properly maintained and report issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory and supply ordering per organizational protocols.
  • Oversee ProHealth Medical Membership (PMM) program and track progress toward office goals.
  • Coordinate and support in-office promotional events.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed daily.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY/WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
While this role does not have formal supervisory authority, the RN Clinic Lead will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and guidance to support staff and serve as a leader within the clinic.

POSITION TYPE & SCHEDULE:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM. May require occasional extended hours or Saturday shifts based on clinic needs.

TRAVEL:
Occasional travel to other clinic locations for shift coverage or organizational meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
  • Experience: Minimum two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting required; previous experience in a leadership or multi-site healthcare environment preferred
  • Licensure: Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida
  • Certifications: BLS Certification required

WORK AUTHORIZATION:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
