POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Performs the primary functions of a leader in assessing, planning, directing, implementing and evaluating patient care in the Family Health Services Clinics.  Is responsible for ensuring continuity of care at the all Hospital sponsored clinics.  Is responsible for meeting Outpatient Clinic HFAP, State and Federal Standards, staffing and managing all assigned personnel, assuring adequate supplies and equipment in the department, and for promoting department teamwork with physicians, staff and other department. Manages, oversees protocol and processes of the Employee Health Department.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

      Education:

      Prefer graduate of Accredited School of Nursing

      Experience:

• At least 5 years patient care experience in a clinic setting.  


• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.


• Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Electronic Medical Record Knowledge


• Positive Guest Relations and communication skills (written and verbal)

      Training:

       Pursues programs of continuing education.  Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains professional knowledge           and skills related to the management areas of responsibility.

      License/Registration/Certification:

•  Prefer Current California Registered Nurse License


•  Current American Heart Association BCLS Certificate
