Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for an opportunity to lead a clinic while continuing patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Center Manager to oversee operations, mentor therapists, and drive clinical excellence.

• Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of clinicians and rehab aides, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  
• Clinic Operations: Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and performance goals.
  
• Grow the Business: Build relationships with referring providers and engage in marketing efforts.
  
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Medicare/state regulations and quality standards.
  
  

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MOT/OTD)
• California PT/OT License (or eligibility)
• 2+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)
• CPR certification
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient mobility

• Competitive salary ($85K – $100K) with an annual performance bonus
