Description

Burnett Medical Center is a Critical Access Hospital in rural Wisconsin in search of a clinic manager for their Rural Health Clinic.  We are just over an hour from the Twin Cities and a couple miles from the St. Croix River.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the overall daily functioning of the clinic.  Provide direction and leadership in the management of activities which contribute to effective operational, clinical and business functions in the clinic.

Requirements

• Previous clinic manager experience or relevant experience.
• Certification in management of Rural Health Clinics preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent customer service
• High degree of attention to detail and follow through.
