Clinic Manager

We’re seeking a Clinic Manager who is passionate about pediatric therapy and ready to lead with compassion, creativity, and clinical excellence. Expectations:

• Provide clinical supervision and support to therapy staff, ensuring best practices and high-quality care.


• See patients for evaluation and treatment 30-50% of the time (occasionally more when additional departmental support is needed)


• Monitor productivity, performance, and documentation standards across clinical disciplines.


• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, accountability, and professional development.


• Collaborate with leadership (COO, CFO, CEO) to support operational goals and clinical outcomes.


• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily clinic operations in partnership with administrative staff.


• Address any clinical concerns promptly and professionally.


• Lead or participate in weekly team meetings, mentoring sessions, and performance evaluations.


• Model and promote The SpOT Clinic’s core values, positive culture, and mission.


• Support and participate in community outreach and clinic social media initiatives.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed SLP, PT, OT, COTA, or LPTA in the state of Alabama.


• 3 years of pediatric experience (preferred).


• Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.


• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to support therapists across disciplines.


• Proficiency in documentation, evaluation tools, and treatment planning, and problem-solving.


• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.


• Comfortable using Google Suite and digital platforms for communication and documentation.


• Demonstrated ability to build a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team.
