Job Overview
An established outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy clinic in Belfair, Washington is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) for a leadership-track position. This is a unique opportunity to train directly with the clinic owner and transition into a Clinic Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist:

• Provide individualized, 45-minute therapy sessions

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions

• Develop personalized treatment plans and track patient outcomes

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team

• Utilize advanced digital tools for documentation and patient engagement

As a Clinic Manager in Training:

• Receive hands-on leadership training from the current clinic owner

• Assist with staff coordination, hiring, onboarding, and performance development

• Monitor clinic operations including scheduling, metrics, and patient engagement

• Support the growth and success of the clinic while maintaining a patient-centered culture

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington (or eligible for licensure)

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience

• Current CPR certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Interest in clinic operations and team management

• Preferred: Experience as a Clinical Instructor or mentor

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually
