• DVM/VMD degree (licensed and in good standing in Colorado)


• 5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience


• Passion for team-building – You believe a great team makes great medicine


• Strong organizational & strategic skills – You’re comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes


• A visionary mindset – You’re excited about changing the status quo in veterinary care

• Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience


• Experience in dentistry or surgery


• Experience launching or scaling a veterinary clinic

• $160,000–$200,000+ compensation package *Surgery experience required
