CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Job Summary and Responsibilities






As our Clinic Receptionist, you will help greet guests by being patient centered thriving on providing top notch customer service so everyone feels welcome and helped. 

Every day you will will be responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and performs routine duties within the clinic.

To be successful in this role you must be patient centered, detail orientated and have a #heartforhumankindess

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform patient check-in at the time of visit and complete all paperwork necessary to ensure the admitting process is efficient and all clinic and regulatory policies are in compliance
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule appointments according to office guideline and be the welcoming greeter for the office








Job Requirements






Required:

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent

 

Preferred:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
