Clinic Supply Driver

Job Summary:  

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Clinic Supply Driver to transport medical supplies between multiple clinics. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all clinics are well-stocked and that supplies are delivered in a timely and safe manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a proactive approach to supporting clinic operations. In addition to driving duties, this position also includes helping with office organization, quality control (QC), and identifying and coordinating maintenance needs such as painting and other repairs at the clinics.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely transport medical supplies, equipment, and materials between clinics using a personal vehicle.
• Ensure that deliveries are made in a timely manner and all items are delivered in good condition.
• Load and unload supplies from the vehicle, ensuring proper organization and secure transport.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and pick-ups.
• Communicate effectively with clinic staff to confirm delivery schedules and supply needs.
• Handle any special requests for urgent deliveries or additional supply orders.
• Perform regular visits to the clinics to ensure that the office environment is organized and all supplies are properly stored.
• Identify and take pictures of the clinic environments to assess any maintenance needs, such as painting, cleaning, or repairs.
• Coordinate with the relevant personnel or vendors to ensure that painting, maintenance, and other necessary office tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with quality control (QC) by checking the condition of supplies, equipment, and office spaces to ensure that everything is up to standard.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are reflective of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 Previous experience in delivery driving or logistics preferred.

• Previous experience in delivery driving or logistics preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry medical supplies up to [weight, e.g., 30 lbs] when necessary.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and be able to travel between all clinic locations.
• Experience with office organization and coordinating maintenance or repair work is a plus.
• Ability to assess office environments and report on any necessary improvements or upkeep.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport medical supplies and equipment weighing up to [weight, e.g., 25 lbs].
• Must be able to bend, reach, and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading supplies from the vehicle.
• Ability to walk, stand, or move for long periods as needed.
• Must have the physical stamina to complete multiple deliveries in a day and work under time constraints.
