Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant who provides administrative and operational support to the clinical department by assisting with a wide range of assigned tasks that support service delivery, compliance, communication, and clinical workflows. This role serves as a support liaison between clinical leadership, providers, families, and administrative departments to ensure efficient operations and timely resolution of issues.

The Clinical Administrative Assistant must demonstrate strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Bilingual communication support may be required to assist Spanish-speaking staff and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical administrative and operational support to the clinical team
  • Maintaining organized records, spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documentation
  • Monitoring assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion of deadlines
  • Communicating professionally with providers, families, caregivers, and internal departments
  • Assisting with assessment and family coordination by supporting questionnaires and interviews
  • Offering Spanish translation and interpretation support as needed
  • Facilitating communication to promote continuity of care
  • Managing report workflows by tracking timelines, auditing reports for insurance/payer requirements, flagging missing documentation, and coordinating corrections or follow-ups
  • Supporting internal investigations and compliance-related administrative processes while maintaining confidentiality
  • Performing accurate data entry and documentation management in electronic systems and tracking platforms


Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or clinical administration, or patient coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with experience tracking tasks, deadlines, and maintaining operational documentation
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets)
  • Experience using EHR/EMR systems, insurance/payer portals, CRM systems, and ticketing tools
  • Professional communication skills with healthcare providers, patients, families, and caregivers
  • Spanish proficiency at C1 level
  • English proficiency at C1 level
  • Authorization to work in the Dominican Republic

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience auditing clinical or insurance-related documentation and coordinating corrections or follow-ups
