About the role

The Clinic Ambassador plays a crucial role as the conduit between the clinic and the corporate office, ensuring the successful implementation and communication of initiatives, both new and existing. This position is key to the smooth integration of programs and changes within clinic operations, boosting efficiency and maintaining consistency with corporate objectives. The Clinic Ambassador also supports clinic staff by delivering thorough information, training, and feedback on corporate initiatives, promoting seamless transitions and uniform application. Moreover, this role is instrumental in enhancing healthcare sales through increased patient involvement, service uptake, and support of the clinic's financial expansion.

What you'll do

Primary Liaison: Act as the principal contact for new corporate initiatives, ensuring they are implemented in the clinic both timely and effectively.

Program Communication: Work with corporate teams to comprehend and convey new programs to clinic staff and providers effectively.

Initiative Rollout: Manage the launch of new initiatives, organizing training sessions and informational meetings for clinic personnel.

Feedback Loop: Serve as the intermediary between the clinic and corporate headquarters, guaranteeing clear communication of the clinic's feedback and requirements.

Progress Reporting: Regularly update corporate teams on the clinic's new initiatives' progress and any challenges faced.

Training Delivery: Collaborate with corporate executives to develop and conduct training for clinic staff on new systems, procedures, and corporate programs.

Staff Support: Provide continuous support to clinic staff, ensuring they are equipped to implement and adjust to new initiatives.

Effectiveness Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of new programs and gather feedback to suggest improvements or modifications.

Workflow Adaptation: Assist the clinic in adjusting to new workflows, technologies, and methods of service delivery.

Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive reports on the implementation progress of initiatives and any obstacles encountered.

Roadblock Clearance: Detect and resolve any impediments to the successful implementation and continuation of projects, ensuring smooth initiative progression.

Creative Development: Generate creative solutions to enhance program effectiveness and promote sustainable growth, always looking for ways to better service delivery and patient involvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:


- Experience in coordination or liaison roles, preferably within a healthcare setting.

- Demonstrated success in healthcare sales or patient engagement.

- Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.

- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, with proven effectiveness in diverse team interactions.

- Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office suite.

- A proactive approach and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

- Experience in formulating and implementing sales strategies in healthcare contexts.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with the implementation of corporate programs in clinical or healthcare settings.

- Knowledge of healthcare operations and administrative procedures.

- Comprehension of health insurance benefits and the enrollment process, notably during the annual enrollment period.

- Insight into value-based care and the unique requirements of the elderly.

- Experience in conducting market analysis and leading promotional activities
