Clinical & Operations Director

Job Purpose:
        We are looking for an experienced medical professional to lead the clinic’s medical, clinical, and operational functions. The role will be responsible for maintaining high clinical standards, developing medical protocols, managing teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  Lead and oversee clinical and day-to-day clinic operations.

  Develop and maintain medical protocols, standards, and procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise doctors, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure quality service.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage clinic workflow, staff coordination, inventory, and operational efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, and improve patient experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with management on business, staffing, and operational decisions.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  MBBS or MD in a relevant specialty from a recognized medical institution.

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years of clinical practice and/or healthcare management experience, preferably in outpatient or primary care settings.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership and team-management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in clinic operations, medical protocol development, and process improvement preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
