Application Specialist / MR Training and Support (Remote)

The Application Specialist / MR Training and Support will cover the southeast region (Texas to Florida) and will primarily provide on-site training and support for our MR imaging products installed in healthcare facilities (primarily hospitals). The Application Specialist / MR Training and Support
will also be supporting the sales team for customer demonstration and consulting during product evaluation. This is a remote position when not traveling and the role will support the MR – CT Modality. The position is open due to promotion and continued growth.
Overview of the Application Specialist / MR Training and Support (Remote)
Provide customer consultancy and support in individual workflow improvements, including having the ability to deliver clinical education, adjustment of system parameters and implementation of new methods and clinical workflows to expand customer portfolio.
Provide professional applications support to quickly process and resolve customer complaints; provide remote support when not on-site.
Provide on-site application education, including demonstration, updates and upgrades for standard systems and applications.
Support sales team: product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies, presenting images to
clinicians/physicians,
new products learning and coaching of new recruits.
Assist in the development of application training courses to be delivered on-site at a customer location or at our Headquarters and Training Center in Houston.
Support the R&D/CRM process, including customer needs, issues, as well as provision of troubleshooting know-how and experience.
Key Requirements for the Application Specialist / MR Training and Support
5+ years of experience as a radiology technologist or radiographer in a healthcare industry/clinical setting. Our client will also consider candidates performing a similar role for a Diagnostic Imaging OEM.
Bachelor’s degree or above in specific or related field
Team player, positive attitude, enjoys working with people and committed to providing excellent customer satisfaction
Experience in research or case studies involving similar area is preferred.
Ability to travel frequently, up to 75% (the region for this position is Texas to Florida and the ideal candidate will reside in a large city in this region with easy access to a large airport).
Enjoy working from your home office “remote” when not traveling.

Salary and Benefit Information
- magthe salary range for this position is 90k – 120k base with a 10-20% annual bonus potential. The company also has a competitive benefit plan including PTO, Health/Dental, 401k (with match) and paid holidays.
