Clinical Assessor (BCBA) – Hybrid Opportunity

We are currently hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience conducting initial assessments for a full-time, hybrid Clinical Assessor role. Assessments will take place across Oklahoma, and we welcome applicants who reside within 50 miles of the Oklahoma border in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Colorado, or New Mexico.

Above and Beyond Therapy provides the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum. Our highly qualified and personally dedicated BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) combine their extensive knowledge and experience with our innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. Above and beyond Therapy BCBAs deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion in homes and our state of the art centers.
Clinical Assessor Responsibilities:
· Conduct intake evaluations, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland)
· Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
· Collaborate with families to review assessment results and provide clear treatment recommendations
· Transition assessment cases to the ongoing clinical team and provide initial clinical oversight
· Supervise and support ABA technicians by modeling, implementing, and monitoring skill acquisition and behavior support plans
· Graph and analyze data, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure measurable progress
· Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
· Travel within assigned assessment regions as needed
· License/Certification: BCBA (Required)
$85,000 - $100,000 a year
