Position Summary

Christian Haven is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to our clinical team, manage schedules, and ensure a welcoming environment for all who enter our facility. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate and address staffing needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role will also provide support on the floor as needed.

This role is full time at 40 hours per week. Scheduling will include every other weekend requirement.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the clinical team by uploading resident progress notes and other relevant documents.

· Create and maintain clinical nursing staff schedules, ensuring real-time updates to reflect changes in staffing.

· Answer and direct all incoming phone calls providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

· Assist Director with resident admissions; provide tours and informational packets to prospective residents.

· Provide back-up staffing coverage for the clinical team; will be trained to perform as a resident aide.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

· Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly desirable.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
