Job Description - Clinical Associate Director/Director

Direct supervision of CRA management to ensure effective line management;

Participate in effective planning of Clinical Monitoring recruitment and retention strategies;

Oversight of effective CRA Manager training and oversight strategies;

Oversight of CRA resourcing/allocation across studies and sites;

Requirements

CRO/pharmaceutical industry experience as Clinical Monitoring, CRA Manager, and similar.

Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and J-GCP;

Strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills;

Effective English written and verbal communication skills;
