Position: Clinical & Health Care Operations Reviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75–$90/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI work product in health care to ensure realistic task representation and accuracy.
• Review domain content for adherence to standards, figures, regulations, and constraints.
• Analyze grading accuracy by comparing AI grader's results with your professional judgment.
• Defend the score by banding the work and checking against the reported score.
• Work independently to complete tasks in about an hour each without performing or redoing the agent's work.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Registered Nurses: 5+ years post-licensure bedside care, active US license.
• Nurse Practitioners: Board-certified, 3+ years running your own patient panel.
• Medical & Health Services Managers: 5+ years owning a clinical budget.
• First-Line Supervisors: 4+ years supervising in a clinical setting.
• Medical Secretaries & Administrative Assistants: 4+ years in scheduling and records.
• Near-native business English proficiency.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or PDFs for reconciliation.
