The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician to join The Mount Sinai Hospital.


The Section of Electrophysiology at Mount Sinai Fuster Heart Hospital, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the rank of Assistant Professor. 

We welcome applications from physicians completing CCEP fellowship training, as well as recent graduates. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis; anticipated start date is July 2027 or sooner.

• Clinical: Full-spectrum EP practice, including catheter ablation of complex arrhythmias (AF, VT), pulsed-field ablation, CIED implantation and lead management, and left atrial appendage occlusion, with inpatient consultation and outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Research: Protected time and infrastructure for clinical and translational research, including participation in first-in-human and multicenter trials, with mentorship toward independent investigation and extramural funding
• Teaching: Active role in the education of CCEP fellows, cardiology fellows, residents, and medical students, including procedural supervision and didactic conferences

• MD, DO, or equivalent
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited CCEP fellowship by [start date]
• ABIM certification in Cardiovascular Disease; board certified or eligible in CCEP
• Eligibility for New York State medical licensure
• Demonstrated interest in academic medicine and scholarly productivity

Compensation range from 400K to 475K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits).
