Clinical Compliance Navigator 

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused Clinical Compliance Navigator to play a critical role in ensuring adherence to therapy for ventilator patients during their most vulnerable early stages of care. In alignment with our internal policies, this position will be central to maintaining compliance, enhancing outcomes, and protecting ongoing reimbursement.

This role will ensure proactive follow-up, virtual check-ins, data monitoring, and support escalation to drive patient engagement, therapy success, and revenue opportunities for ventilation patients.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Successful completion of a background check
• Must be 21 years or older to be covered on company auto insurance and have a valid driver’s license
• Must hold an active RRT or CRT License
• Knowledge of ventilator therapy, compliance protocols, and Medicare LCD guidelines.
• Experience using Care Orchestrator, AirView, React, or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and patient education.
