Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Clinical Concierge MA, at INTEGRIS Health AllSet Urgent Care, in Norman, OK.
The Clinical Concierge is responsible for registering, collecting payments, rooming, assisting the provider with care and treatment, discharging, and following-up with consumers. It is the role of the Clinical Concierge to guide the consumer through the entire experience to reduce treatment times, and maximize the consumer experience, before, during, and after the consumer visit.
The Clinical Concierge is responsible for assisting the provider with front office and back office duties in the outpatient management of consumers on a rotating basis. This position is a vital part of the office team that cares for consumers in the clinical setting working under the direction of the Site Manager and the on-duty provider and works closely with the provider and other clinical staff. Additionally, the Clinical Concierge is responsible for a variety of clinical functions within a clinical setting requiring knowledge and integration of available standard, resources, and data; discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision making; and a customer service attitude. Acting as the consumer advocate, the Clinical Concierge has continuous contact with providers, consumers, consumer families/significant others, community agencies, and consumer care staff and management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
•Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification OR 6 months of clinic MA experience OR the ability to successfully complete the INTEGRIS Health Caregiver Placement Program (CPP)
•Health care facility clinical experience
•Previous experience as a medical office assistant, CNA or equivalent, including previous experience with an electronic health record and phlebotom

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
•AAH-RMA (American Allied Health-Registered Medical Assistant) OR AAMA-CMA (American Association of Medical Assistants-Certified Medical Assistant) OR AAMP-RMA (American Association of Medical Personnel-Registered Medical Assistant) OR ARMA-RMA (American Registry of Medical Assistants-Registered Medical Assistant) OR AMT-RMA (American Medical Technologists-Registered Medical Assistant) OR NCCT-NCMA (National Center for Competency Testing-Nationally Certified Medical Assistant) OR NHA-CCMA (National Healthcareer Association-Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) OR 6 months of clinic MA experience OR the ability to successfully complete the INTEGRIS Health Caregiver Placement Program (CPP)
•BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association OR CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
•6 months customer service experience

•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Knowledge of national medical best practices within an urgent care setting
•Knowledge and skill in the use of personal computers and related systems and software
