  • Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time
  • 401K retirement plan with match
  • Tuition and CME reimbursement up to 100%
  • Employee assistance program to support your mental health and wellness
  • Ongoing professional development

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can maintain behavioral health licensure, completing all required documents in required time frames as required by a BHP for assigned location(s).
  • May need supervised clinical hours to gain a degree, license, or professional experience.

To thrive in this role, you must be able to:

  • Review documentation of peer support specialists and clinicians’ service plans and assessments.
  • Work with the Quality Management Coordinator to respond to grievances, appeals, complaints, and critical incidents such as incident, accident, or death reports.
  • Demonstrate sufficient knowledge and understanding of human behavior and of general mental health issues, treatment planning, and the field of human social services.
  • Work with the Clinical Supervisor to ensure all appropriate professional standards and requirements are maintained as directed by the local, CARF, state, and federal agencies.
  • Be available to offer leadership and cooperation to clients and community providers in the development of clinical effective services.
  • Work cooperatively with the members of senior management to implement training programs for staff and for meeting regulatory agency guidelines.

Requirements
