Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the oversight and administration of third- and fourth-year medical student clinical clerkship matches! Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Education Operations, this role manages scheduling, student communications, clinical site coordination, and database accuracy while supporting preceptors and clinical partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries related to clerkships, schedules, and requests.
Coordinate and assign monthly clinical clerkships for third- and fourth-year students.
Process time-off requests, schedule changes, and away clerkships.
Communicate with clinical faculty, hospital sites, and students to ensure clerkship availability.
Manage hospital badging and onboarding processes for students.
Maintain accurate records in multiple databases (Exxat, Smartsheets, VSLO, Clinician Nexus, MyClinicalExchange, Canvas).
Assist with faculty credentialing and preceptor onboarding and renewals.
Support recruitment and retention of qualified clinical preceptors.
Produce reports and communicate scheduling gaps or risks to leadership.
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of department goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant experience (equivalent experience accepted).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new database systems
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
Flexibility to work occasional early, late, or weekend hours.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work independently and collaboratively.
GROWTH & ADVANCEMENT
This role follows a competency‑based growth ladder from Coordinator I through Senior Coordinator, with advancement based on performance, ownership, and process improvement—not tenure.
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
On site, in office setting.
Full-time.

Competitive starting salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year commensurate with experience and education
