Certified Medical Assistant Clinical Coordinator


Location: West Ashley
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour plus monthly performance incentives


About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and driven Certified Medical Assistant to join our West Ashley team as a Clinical Coordinator. This full-time position is ideal for someone who genuinely loves patient care, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited about long-term growth within a well-established and expanding company.

As a Certified Medical Assistant Clinical Coordinator, you play an essential role in delivering that mission every day by guiding patients through their wellness journey and ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their experience.

What You’ll Do


Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and follow-ups
Check patients in and out while creating a welcoming and professional experience
Perform patient workups including taking vitals and preparing for provider visits
Administer injections within scope of practice
Provide education on nutritional guidance, services, and products
Support patients in understanding treatment plans and next steps
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Assist with clinic organization, stocking, and maintaining a clean and professional environment
Contribute to monthly performance goals and team initiatives
Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional patient journey

Required Qualifications:


Certified Medical Assistant credential
Comfort in a hands-on clinical environment including taking vitals and administering injections
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide patients
Interest in nutrition, wellness, and helping patients reach their goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Previous medical, wellness, or aesthetic experience preferred


Compensation and Benefits


Competitive hourly pay starting at $18 per hour
Monthly performance-based incentives
Medical Insurance eligible beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Physician’s Plan covers 65 percent of the employee premium
401(k) plan including a 3 percent non elective employer contribution with profit sharing
Two weeks of paid time off annually
