Job Description - Clinical Coordinator (SLP) Pediatric Therapy Services

As a Clinical Coordinator Speech-Language Pathologist at MedCare, you will work onsite at our corporate office while having the opportunity to maintain a small clinical caseload. You will be part of a dedicated, collaborative team that values professional growth and clinical excellence, providing you with the support and resources needed to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the individuals and families you serve.

Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications and Responsibilities:

    • Licensed to practice as an Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Texas
    • Has at least 3 years of experience as an Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) 
    • Has training or experience in healthcare administration or at least 1 year of administrative or supervisory experience in a healthcare related field
    • Demonstrates organizational, time management and leadership abilities
    • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
    • Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
    • Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
    • Supervise assistants and maintaining a small caseload may be required
