Come join our Clinical Therapy team at Total Education Solutions where you will be a part of an exciting, collaborative, and mission-driven organization based at our Fairlawn Clinic. This is a part-time position with some opportunity for hybrid work. 

Our Clinical Therapists provides small group and one-on-one counseling to clients and families in need of additional support using evidence-based behavioral and cognitive behavioral treatments.  

 💼 Licensed Clinical Counselor

💰  $29.50 - $34.24/hr
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

• Diagnose children and adolescents with common childhood clinical disorders
• Work with children with exceptional needs and their families
• Develop developmentally appropriate treatment plan, using behavioral and cognitive behavioral strategies to assist clients, that may include psychotherapy or other services
• Provide individual and group counseling to help clients with a variety of issues such as stress, poor social skills, inattention/hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, relationships, and parental stress

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Psychologist, or School Psychologist licensed through the Ohio Board of Psychology
• Have auto insurance liability coverage which meets the minimum for work-related travel (25/50k liability coverage)
• Clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
• A clear TB test
