Clinical Counselor

Who We Are: A Growing federal contractor providing confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to a federal agency in Maryland. We're looking for a compassionate clinical counselor to join our mission-driven team.

The Role: Provide short-term counseling to federal employees and their spouses/partners dealing with work stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and personal challenges. You'll work with diverse individuals and couples in a supportive, structured environment.

You Bring:

• LCPC license in Maryland (required)
• 3-5 years clinical experience with individuals and couples
• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Strong assessment and brief therapy skills
• Excellent documentation abilities
