Job Title: Clinical Dietitian

Location: Coos Bay, OR

Hourly Rate: $29.00 to $39.00/hour

Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts | 80 hours per pay period

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Clinical Dietitian to join its team and provide critical nutrition support and education for patients and staff. The position offers a balanced lifestyle with scenic 30-minute commutes from nearby communities like Reedsport, Bandon, Coquille, Myrtle Point, and North Bend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical nutrition care and education to patients across a range of medical conditions
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to interdisciplinary teams
• Document nutrition assessments, care plans, and follow-ups in EMR
• Support food service and dietary teams with patient-centered nutrition guidance
• Promote nutritional wellness for patients and collaborate with nursing and medical staff

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient with computers, Microsoft PowerPoint, and standard office equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist patients with mobility when necessary
• Comfortable working in a healthcare setting with exposure to bodily fluids (standard precautions required)

Physical & Environmental Demands:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and stretching
• Must have adequate hearing, color vision, and eye-hand coordination
• Capable of quick physical response to patient needs
