Summary
The Clinical Director will plan, direct, and coordinate all activities for therapy, skilled nursing programs and Camp Ability. This role will maintain standards of patient care and advise staff, leaders, and administrators in matters related to patient care. Additionally, this role will necessitate developing and implementing the budget for these departments. The Clinical Director will be responsible for monitoring facility compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
Full-time, benefits, holiday pay, paid time off. No evenings, weekends or shifts.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Has four direct reports who lead and supervise all patient care team members and Camp Ability team members. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these programs. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
Must have an unencumbered Tennessee State license in one of the following areas: Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or other advanced clinicians’ degree and possess skills in patient care, procedures, and clinical staff leadership. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or equivalent is preferable. Years of experience may be considered in lieu of master’s degree. Five years of relevant work experience required.
Computer Skills
To be successful in this job, an individual should have basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
and web-based applications such as electronic medical records.
