What You’ll Do

• Lead daily clinical operations and support overall clinic performance


• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care


• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services


• Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff and team development


• Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused clinic culture


• Collaborate with ownership and leadership on strategic growth initiatives


• Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and quality standards


• Build strong patient relationships and contribute to community reputation

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee


• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required


• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience


• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills


• High level of professionalism, accountability, and initiative


• Passion for team development and clinic growth


• Desire to advance within a leadership-focused organization
