We're opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Port Royal, SC, and we're looking for an exceptional Clinic Director to lead the way.

What You'll Do

• Lead the successful launch and day-to-day operations of a new outpatient clinic


• Provide exceptional evidence-based physical therapy care


• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care


• Build and mentor a positive, high-performing clinical team


• Foster a culture centered on outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence


• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and quality outcomes


• Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth and community engagement


• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical standards


• Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent the clinic within the local community

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)


• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required


• Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred (not required)


• Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills


• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a successful practice


• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to clinical excellence


• Dedicated to creating an exceptional patient experience and positive team culture
