As a Clinical Director - BCBA at Opal Autism Centers, you will lead as an expert in providing high-quality services to children with autism. You will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with ethical and best practice standards, and managing a team of behavior analysts and registered behavior technicians. Your role involves developing and implementing innovative treatment strategies, conducting training sessions, and providing mentorship to staff. Responsibilities
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
Supervise and coach behavior analysts and RBTs in their clinical practices
Conduct ongoing training and professional development programs
Monitor client progress and collaborate with families to support effective outcomes
Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure best practice implementation
Maintain records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the field of ABA
Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with individuals with autism
Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and treatment methodologies
Experience in conducting assessments and managing treatment interventions
Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

*Total annual earning potential *
$100,000 + (inclusive of base pay, bonuses, and professional development support)
