Core Duties

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and RBTs


• Support clinician development through coaching and mentorship


• Ensure consistency in clinical standards and documentation


• Conduct performance evaluations and accountability conversations


• Monitor clinical quality and team performance metrics


• Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives


• Partner with leadership on operational and strategic priorities


• Assist with parent concerns and clinical escalations

Requirements

• BCBA certification required


• Ohio COBA licensure required


• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field


• 3+ years of BCBA experience


• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred


• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
