Clinical Director / BCBA Durham, NC (On -Site)

We provide best -in -class ABA services to help children with autism build independence and confidence in a supportive, center -based environment. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services and support our team at the Durham, NC clinic.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys leadership, team development, and partnering with families to support positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and lead the clinical delivery of ABA services in a center -based setting
  

• Execute key service quality, clinical excellence, and growth initiatives
  

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and guide individualized treatment planning
  

• Assist in managing daily clinic operations
  

• Provide ongoing mentorship, supervision, and training to BCBAs and RBTs
  

• Support clinical problem -solving and program development
  

• Build strong relationships with families and staff
  

• Ensure documentation and compliance standards are upheld
  

• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
  

This is a Monday–Friday, on -site leadership role.
