Responsibilities:

• Provide strong clinical leadership, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff management.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a talented team of physical therapists and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement innovative treatment plans and protocols to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Maintain a strong focus on compliance with all regulations and accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the clinic's patient base and community reputation.
• Participate in business development opportunities, exploring potential partnerships and expansion initiatives.
• BLS certification required.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, with a proven track record of success in a clinical setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Business acumen and a strategic mindset with a focus on growth and profitability.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
