Hartford, CT | Full -Time | Onsite | Base Salary: $220,000 – $301,275

A well -established community -based health organization in Hartford, CT is seeking a Clinical Director of Adult Medicine to provide both clinical leadership and direct patient care. This role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and partners closely with nursing, practice management, and infectious disease leadership to ensure high -quality, patient -centered care.

This is an opportunity for a board -certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician who is ready to step into a leadership role — even if administrative experience is still developing. Position Overview

The Clinical Director will oversee the Adult Medicine department’s clinical operations while maintaining an active patient panel. This role blends leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction with hands -on care delivery.

The department includes a recognized diabetes program, a high -performing Ryan White program, and a strong care coordination team.
