What You’ll Do:

• Oversee nursing and care operations at all three sites
• Mentor, support, and train clinical and caregiving staff
• Promote high standards of care, safety, and compliance
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure state regulatory compliance across all communities

What You’ll Need:

• Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
• 5+ years of clinical experience in assisted living or long-term care
• Proven experience in multi-site or senior-level leadership, preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for mentoring teams and enhancing resident well-being
