Clinical Director - Outpatient Program
Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer
Job Category: Salaried | Exempt | Full-Time
Starting Salary: $85,000-$110,000/year
Job Site: Foundry Steamboat - Alpine office
Job Summary:
The Clinical Director oversees and manages all outpatient clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining the highest standards of client care. This position directly manages, supports, and develops staff.
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree required with current State license (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
DORA-registered required.
5+ years proven experience with people and program management in clinical settings.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong clinical skills including clinical supervision, group, individual and family counseling.
Ability to manage a caseload.
Proven supervisory and leadership skills.
Strong ethics and ethical decision making.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Strong collaboration skills; guidance with/for other departments.
Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
Ability to see the big picture, macro perspective.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
Working understanding of State and federal regulatory requirements (JCAHO, BHA, CFR42, part 2, HIPPA).
Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude.
Computer literacy and knowledge of EMR and CRM.
Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Valid, non-restricted Colorado driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work; position requires travel between organization’s various locations.

Maintain a reduced AMA/ACA rate.
Maintain clinical quality and safety of clients and staff.

Navigating terrain and layout of multiple office locations.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Driving in all weather conditions.
