What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy care to a diverse patient population.
- Oversee and mentor your team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff to promote clinical growth and consistency.
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, and productivity.
- Partner with administrative leadership to ensure financial, clinical, and operational goals are met.
- Cultivate a positive, patient-centered culture that aligns with ProMotion’s mission and values.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active state PT license (or eligibility)
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred, but motivated clinicians ready to grow into leadership are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
