Job Description - Clinical Director- RN Home Health



Clinical Director — Home Health Leadership Opportunity

What you’ll take on:




  • Oversight of all clinical operations: nursing, therapy, care coordination, paraprofessional staff.




  • Ensure 24/7 clinical supervision frameworks are in place (you won’t be alone—we provide resources & team support).




  • Lead QAPI (Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement) and Emergency Preparedness programs—from strategy to execution.




  • Recruit, train, mentor clinical leadership. Build a team that shares your drive for excellence.




  • Collaborate with administrators, board/owners, and operations to align clinical vision with business goals.




What you’ll get:

Who you are:




  • RN license in good standing (BSN preferred)




  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in home health or a comparable clinical setting




  • Strong understanding of home health regulations, OASIS, state/federal standards




  • A leader who inspires, not just supervises; someone who builds teams, mentors, drives results




  • A strategic thinker and a doer—you know how to plan and how to roll up your sleeves.
