Clinical Director, Residential Treatment Center (RTC) | Behavioral Health Leadership

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all clinical operations within our Residential Treatment Center
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols for dual diagnosis care
• Provide clinical supervision and professional development for multidisciplinary team
• Ensure regulatory compliance with AHCCCS, ASAM, and Arizona state requirements
• Manage quality assurance programs and performance metrics using Kipu EMR
• Foster community partnerships to enhance integrated care delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and program innovation

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Current Arizona licensure (LPC, LCSW, LISAC, or BHP)
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in behavioral health settings
• Proven track record in dual diagnosis treatment program management
• Expert knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (Kipu preferred)
